Library and Saved
Updated Aug 25, 2026
The library is everything the community has shared with you, in one place. That means more than the community-wide shares: it includes work shared with your groups, with your mutual followers, and with you by name.
Reading a card
Each card carries the statistics Whispertrades computed for that share, so you can judge it without opening it, and a badge naming how it reached you. Where a share reaches you through more than one route, the badge names the widest one.
A card with no author is an unattributed share. The member chose not to put their handle on it, which is a setting rather than a fault.
Backtest results are hypothetical, and past performance, simulated or live, does not indicate future results. Nothing in the library is investment advice, and nothing in it has been reviewed or endorsed by Whispertrades. Shared work is there to study.
Filtering
You can narrow the library by:
Type: backtests, bot reports, bots, track records, position histories, account pulses
Symbol
Author
How it reached you, once something narrower than the whole community has
Free text search
Sort order
Bounds on the statistics themselves, so you can ask for what cleared a return or a drawdown you care about
Filters carry across when you switch between the whole library and your saved items, so moving between the two does not lose your place.
Saving
Save anything you want to come back to. Your saved items are yours alone: nobody is told who saved what, and no page anywhere is ordered by it. The total number of saves on a share is shown publicly on its card; who they were is not.
Saved items resolve live rather than freezing what you saw. If a share is narrowed after you save it, it appears locked. If it is unshared, it appears as a marker rather than silently disappearing, so you know what happened to it.
Discussions can be saved too. They appear on your Saved page rather than in the library, since a discussion is not a shared item with a card.
There is a limit to how many things you can keep saved, which is generous enough that a reading list will not hit it in ordinary use.
Comparing
Compare lines shared results up beside your own runs on one canvas. It is percentage only, and it is private to you: nobody is told that you compared their work against yours, and nothing you assemble there is published.
This is the fastest way to answer whether a strategy someone shared actually beats what you are already running.
Trader profiles
Every member has a profile at their handle, showing what they have shared with you and giving you the buttons to follow them, message them where that is allowed, or block them.
You see what that member shared with an audience you are in. Two members can look at the same profile and see different things, which is the audience model working rather than a fault.
What you will not find
Nothing in the library is ranked by anything a member could inflate. There is no follower leaderboard, no reputation score, and no ordering by saves. Performance figures are computed by Whispertrades, and the rest is filtering.
